Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a senior Corporate Banker to originate, structure, and manage relationships with large, complex corporate clients in the Greater Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia market. You will lead multi-product solutions across credit, treasury management, and capital markets, overseeing a sizable portfolio with a focus on risk-adjusted returns and strategic growth.

Applicants should have extensive corporate banking experience (10+ years) and a proven ability to work with C-suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience; finance or related field required.
• Master's Degree or the equivalent experience; specialty finance/credit preferred.
• 10+ years commercial credit or commercial banking experience required.
• 5+ years managing a large complex portfolio of clients required.
• Experience with syndications, capital markets or investment banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business development and client acquisition with large corporates.
• Identify and develop relationships with sophisticated corporate clients needing complex credit structures.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex credit facilities.
• Manage a large portfolio with loan commitments, deposits, and cross-sell treasury solutions.
• Drive treasury management, risk management, and cross-sell of capital market offerings.
