Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. seeks a senior Corporate Banker to manage relationships with large, complex clients in the Greater Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia market.

You will originate and structure sophisticated credit facilities, advise C-suite executives on capital and liquidity, and manage a substantial portfolio with strong risk-adjusted returns. Lead client strategy, cross-sell treasury solutions, and collaborate with product partners to deliver integrated financing and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience; Master preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial credit or banking experience.
• Experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated loans, treasury, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional deal execution.
• Experience with sponsor-backed companies and PE relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and develop relationships with large corporate clients.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex credit facilities.
• Serve as primary relationship lead with C-suite clients across treasury solutions.
• Drive portfolio profitability through disciplined pricing and cross-sell of treasury and capital market solutions.
• Manage full transaction lifecycle from underwriting to closing.
• Apply credit risk management and capital structure optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with product partners on FX and hedging solutions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Mentor junior Commercial Bankers.
