Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED/Foreign Equivalent Required; 10+ years of Commercial financing or equivalent lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred; Formal Credit Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: Developing and maintaining relationships to generate direct deal flow; Coordinate the team approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues while optimizing profitability (ROE).
• Relationship Management: Engage with borrowers with portfolio managers to expand our relationship including new client generation, loan production and fee income from cross-sell products.
• Credit Quality: Proactively monitor credit quality of portfolio via financial statement gathering, client reporting, and appropriate corrective actions. Manage bank risk exposure.
• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting Corporate and Regional Commercial Banking groups.
