Qualifications

• Education level required: High School or equivalent. Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Insurance Banking.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting and loan structuring.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Origination: Develops and maintains relationships to generate direct deal flow and grow assets and revenues.
• Relationship Management: Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand our relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Create action plans to achieve goals and forecast results.
• Credit Quality: Monitor credit quality and ensure proactive compliance and risk management.
• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
