Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income; arrange right introductions to the team.
• Client Experience: Resolve questions, problems, and complaints to ensure timely, effective service; drive client engagement and education.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; aim for no controllable losses.
• Additional accountabilities: Perform moderately complex projects and comply with all policies and trainings.
