Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking in Dallas. You will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients and lead complex advisory and financing engagements.

You will mentor analysts, work with cross-functional teams on treasury, credit, and investment banking solutions, and ensure risk and regulatory compliance. A 10+ year track record in corporate banking and a Bachelor's degree are required.

• 10+ years in corporate or commercial banking with relationship management.
• Proven ability to grow portfolios and manage senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: manage a portfolio of corporate clients and C-suite contacts.
• Tailored Solutions: develop financial solutions based on client needs and market insights.
• Business Development: identify opportunities and deepen relationships within clients.
• Product Collaboration: work with treasury, credit, and investment banking teams.
• Risk and Credit Oversight: structure, underwrite, and monitor deals with credit teams.
• Mentorship: guide Analysts and Associates on technical and client management skills.
• Client Engagement: conduct reviews and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Deal Execution: lead pitches, negotiations, and presentations to win new business.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Team Leadership: foster a high-performing Corporate Banking culture.
