Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate or commercial banking
• Leadership experience mentoring junior team members
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis and strategic advisory

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary contact for C‑suite executives
• Develop customized financial solutions based on client needs and market insights
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships within the client base
• Partner with internal teams to cross-sell treasury, credit and investment banking services
• Work with credit teams to structure, underwrite, and monitor deals
• Mentor Analysts and Associates on technical skills and client management
• Lead client pitches, negotiations and presentations to secure new business
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing Corporate Banking team
