Job summary

Texas Capital in Dallas seeks a Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team, focused on high-value Insurance clients. You will manage a portfolio, tailor financial solutions, and lead deal execution with oversight from the Head of Insurance Corporate Banking.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate banking, leadership of junior staff, strong communication, and solid credit knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate/commercial banking or similar roles with proven portfolio growth.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a high-performing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Self-starter who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, credit analysis, and strategic advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and upper middle-market clients, acting as primary contact for C-suite executives.
• Develop customized financial solutions based on client needs and market insights.
• Drive business development through industry networks and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand relationships across treasury, lending, private wealth, asset management, and investment banking.
• Lead client pitches, presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates to support team success.
• Travel for client meetings, conferences and presentations.
