Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for the Dallas market to drive new relationships, secure loan fundings, and grow deposits for mid-market and corporate clients with $25–$300 million in revenue.

You will manage a portfolio, work with cross-functional partners, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions while meeting production goals. The role requires strong business development, credit know-how, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis or portfolio management with mid‑market/corporate clients.
• Formal credit training or underwriting experience is critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Drives financial results by building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding market presence.
• Maintains focused client coverage through disciplined outreach and understanding client objectives.
• Partners across the bank to deliver the whole-bank solution from inception to close.
• Keeps knowledge current on financial products, markets, and regulations relevant to the market.
• Manages risk by identifying and mitigating credit, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.
• Monitors pipeline and sales production using reports and analytics.
