Texas Capital Bank is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager for its Corporate Banking team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value corporate and upper‑middle‑market clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and leading client conversations end‑to‑end.

• 10+ years in corporate/commercial banking or similar role with proven relationship growth.
• Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal credit training or commensurate experience in credit analysis and portfolio management.
