Capital Choice Pathology Lab, part of Adventist HealthCare, seeks a Sr. Internal Consultant to lead CoPath development, configuration, and workflow design for anatomic pathology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, health informatics, or related field.
• 1+ years configuring, developing, supporting, or optimizing CoPath/CoPathPlus.
• Experience with anatomical pathology workflows, SQL reporting, healthcare interfaces, testing, and production issue resolution.
• HL7/ITIL or similar IT certs preferred.
• Willingness for after-hours support and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain CoPath functionality for pathology workflows.
• Develop interfaces between CoPath and EHR, billing systems, laboratories, and instruments.
• Support 24x7 production services; triage incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance; create dashboards and reports.
• Plan and execute testing for enhancements and upgrades; support change control and documentation.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, informatics, security, and vendors to improve system usability and reliability.
