Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Solution Advisor for Anatomic Pathology to bridge client lab needs and Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium capabilities. You will lead workflow design, change management, and secure interface mapping, collaborating with pathologists and LIS staff to achieve clinical and operational outcomes.

You will guide design workshops, define third-party system integrations, and drive tests and cutover planning while ensuring knowledge transfer and sustained

Competenze

• 3+ years LIS consulting, laboratory informatics, or senior anatomic pathology roles.
• 3+ years of experience with PathNet Anatomic Pathology (AP).
• 2+ years of experience with medical device integration.
• 2+ years of domain experience in anatomic pathology lab workflows (specimen accessioning, grossing, histology, IHC, sign-out).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Translate complex system capabilities for stakeholders and manage change requests.
• Define interface requirements and assist in security role mapping for lab staff.
• Collaborate with pathologists, histotechnologists, PAs, and LIS managers to capture requirements.
• Lead testing events, develop scripts for ALM-based testing, and support go-live activities.
• Review training materials to reflect configured workflows and system design.
