Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Sr. Internal Consultant/LIS Data Management Technician to design, implement, and support CoPath workflows in anatomic pathology.

You will build interfaces with EHR and billing systems, generate clinical and quality reports, and ensure data integrity in a 24x7 healthcare setting. You will oversee testing, deployments, change control, and documentation while collaborating with pathologists, laboratory staff, informatics and IT to improve system usability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/science/health informatics or related field.
• 1+ years configuring/optimizing CoPath or CoPathPlus in production.
• Experience with pathology workflows, SQL reporting, and data analysis.
• HL7 or healthcare IT certs preferred; after-hours support may be required.

Responsibilities

• CoPath development, configuration, and workflow design for anatomic pathology.
• Develop interfaces between CoPath and EHR, billing, labs, and QA reports.
• Provide 24x7 production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Manage pathology data quality, analytics, and regulatory reporting needs.
• Plan tests, releases, changes, and maintain technical docs and procedures.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, vendors, and operations to improve usability and reliability.
