Labcorp is seeking an Senior Laboratory Information Application Support Specialist to maintain and optimize core laboratory information systems. You will manage HL7 data exchanges, perform system validation, and coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure compliant, secure operations.

Responsibilities include configuring test profiles, leading CSV efforts, and delivering training to lab staff while driving software upgrades and migrations in a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years hands-on experience supporting clinical LIS or scientific LIMS applications.
• 5+ years with HL7 standards, interface messaging protocols, and TCP/IP data routing.
• 5+ years administering laboratory middleware architecture.
• 3+ years writing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• 3+ years experience with computer systems validation frameworks.

Responsabilités

• System Administration & Support: Maintain up-time, user access, and overall stability for LIS/LIMS platforms and middleware.
• Configuration & Interface Management: Configure analytical test profiles, workflow rules, calculations, and reporting formats; build and maintain HL7 data exchange interfaces between laboratory applications and EHR.
• Compliance, Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead CSV efforts, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols; manage change controls, SOPs; ensure audit-ready logs and data integrity.
• Project Leadership & Training: Drive application life cycle projects, regression testing, and training materials for lab clinicians and IT staff.
