Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs across projects in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, client collaboration, and coordination with engineering, project management, purchasing, and service management to exceed expectations.

Extensive travel is required, and the candidate will supervise crews, conduct safety orientations, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cooling tower service experience.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices; stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians, Foremen, Leadmen, and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce OSHA standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and project schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports; complete job closeout documentation.
