Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation across the kitchen. You will oversee setup, maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, and mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates while coordinating with the leadership team to uphold exceptional culinary service.

The role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-stress kitchen environments, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead set-up and daily prep, organize workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of menu items.
• Oversee expediting and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members.
