Job summary

Invited in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a high-volume club kitchen. You will set up your workstation, ensure quality and sanitation, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 while coordinating with kitchen leadership.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and the ability to mentor teammates during busy service. You will participate in menu planning, recipe development, and help deliver exceptional dining

Qualifications

Requires strong leadership and communication in a high-volume kitchen.
4+ years of experience in kitchen environment.
Valid Food Handler Certification as required by state regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Set up, prep, and organize workstation for daily service.
Prepare and store all food items for your station following Invited standards.
Maintain cooking techniques and consistent presentation of daily specials, entrees, and other menu items.
Prepare complete meals including soups, gravies, vegetables, desserts, and baked goods.
Receive and store goods and manage items used by others (condiments, dressings, etc.).
Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and kitchen equipment.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
Lead the shift in the absence of the Sous Chef.
Supervise and instruct Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates.
