Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in acquisition/activation/marketing analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field preferred.
• Growth mindset: product-led, data-driven, creative.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Obsess about the customer journey from media exposure through activation to conversion.
• Execute against defined KPIs with established reporting cadences.
• Identify data gaps and improve data quality for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate metric reporting and context.
• Work with Conversion leads across FanDuel Group to share knowledge.
• Mature conversion practice through reporting, insights, and experiments.
• Assist end-to-end improvement of new customer experience from response to conversion.
• Support App Store Optimization as part of the conversion roadmap.
• Engage in a test-and-learn culture to improve performance and processes.
• Execute complex conversion analyses independently to shape the customer experience.
