Job summary

People Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Conversion Manager to lead on-site acquisition strategies, optimize subscriber growth, and drive high-quality user growth across brand initiatives.

You’ll own the end-to-end conversion funnel, partner with Product, Editorial, Design, Data, and Growth teams, and report performance insights to leadership. The role emphasizes strategic planning, rigorous analysis, and collaboration in a hybrid NYC office with occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in acquisition or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in driving subscriber or email acquisition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building marketing campaigns in marketing tech tools.
• Knowledge of onsite targeting/segmentation and optimization.
• Able to work cross-functionally with GM, Editorial, Design, Data, Product, Growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of audience conversion strategies to drive subscriptions and other goals.
• Build roadmaps, launch new programs, run A/B tests, report performance and learnings.
• Manage campaigns within marketing tech platforms and ensure timely delivery.
• QA, timelines, stakeholder feedback, approvals with attention to detail.
• Stay current on industry trends and deliver insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver quality work.
