Job summary

FanDuel Group is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive Predicts' new customer acquisition, optimize the end-to-end funnel, and maximize the FanDuel referral ecosystem. You will own the "Fix the Funnel" program, build a conversion roadmap with Product, CRM, UX Research and Analytics, and run rapid tests to improve registration-to-activation.

This is a high-visibility role with a material business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or growth marketing with focus on conversion optimization.
• Experience owning funnel optimization and structured A/B test programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM/Retention, UX and Analytics.
• Experience with referral or lifecycle/CRM marketing is a plus.
• Numerical literacy and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Fix the Funnel conversion optimization end-to-end from registration to activation.
• Build and prioritize a conversion-focused roadmap with Product, CRM, UX Research, Analytics.
• Design and run rapid test-and-learn programs to lift conversion.
• Develop a Unified Refer-a-Friend program and scale across channels.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Creative to optimize RAF performance.
• Support on the always-on offer testing roadmap and performance scoring.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate across Commercial, CRM, Analytics, Product and Acquisition teams to improve processes.
