Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an Architect - Conversational AI Experience in Canada with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end AI projects. You will steer SDLC, supervise engagements across workstreams, and guide teams on technical strategy and client relations.

The role requires expertise in AI bot platforms, NLP/ML concepts, and scalable, multi-technology architectures. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI Bot platforms (DialogFlow/API.AI, Azure Cognitive Services, Lex, IBM Watson, Rasa, etc.).
• Knowledge of NLP/ML concepts (vectorization, N-gram, classification, clustering).
• Ability to architect and integrate multi-technology solutions and orchestrate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC for products, including solutioning, engineering, testing, release and maintenance.
• Manage multiple work-streams, project plans and deliverables.
• Guide teams, perform code reviews, and ensure technical quality and client communications.
