Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a seasoned PM/Analyst to own the full SDLC of AI bot projects, guiding multi-stream engagements and delivering measurable business impact. You will coordinate with product and business teams, lead technical evaluations, and mentor team members while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI bot platforms in PM/Analyst/Consultant roles.
• Knowledge of agentic bot development practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in time-sensitive environments.
• Team management experience required.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python; NLP/ML concepts.
• Experience deploying ML algorithms as REST APIs.
• Experience with scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience architecting solutions and integrations.
• Familiarity with CX Agent Studio and agentic design.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete SDLC of product(s) including solutioning, engineering, testing, release and maintenance.
• Lead engagements with multiple work-streams; prepare project plans and manage deliverables.
• Guide and help team members to debug and solve technical problems.
• Review code walkthroughs and quality reviews.
• Manage customer communication and relationships.
• Advise clients on technology evaluation and direction for Conversational AI projects.
• Coordinate with product and business teams on priorities and architecture goals.
• Showcase thought leadership on roadmaps, agile practices and best practices.
• Identify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
• Ensure skill development of team members.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as required.
