Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a seasoned Architect - Conversational AI to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered customer experiences in the United States. You will own the complete SDLC for large-scale projects, mentor teams, and drive architecture decisions across NLP, ML, and integrations with multiple platforms.

You have 10+ years in AI/Conversational AI, strong program management skills, and a track record of delivering RESTful services at scale for enterprise clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/Conversational AI or related roles.
• Proven project management and team leadership.
• Experience delivering ML-based REST services at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and ML basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC of conversational AI products from planning to maintenance.
• Coordinate multi-workstreams and client engagements.
• Guide architecture decisions and technology direction.
• Mentor team and manage travel to sites as needed.
