Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Architect to lead design and development of Conversational AI and Enterprise Search using Google Cloud tools. You will architect end-to-end solutions, build conversational workflows, and optimize search relevance while integrating with enterprise systems.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, experience with CCAI/Dialogflow and Vertex AI Search, and a strong background in Python and API integrations. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of work experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Conversational AI or related fields.
• Experience architecting with Google CCAI, Dialogflow, or Vertex AI Search.

Responsibilities

• Architect, support, and improve end-to-end CCAI and Enterprise Search lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain conversational agents using Google Cloud CCAI, Dialogflow CX/ES, and ADK.
• Integrate Vertex AI and Google Enterprise Search to enable RAG experiences.
• Resolve agent defects and optimize search relevance.
• Build secure, scalable AI frameworks and integrate with enterprise tools.
