Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to guide the controls team while continuing hands-on controls work. You will lead technicians, coordinate with SCADA, PLC, and databases, and ensure projects are completed on time. relocation benefits available for those relocating to Fargo.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work, collaborating with Automation Systems, Maintenance, Information Systems, and Operations.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
• Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve machine efficiency and production demands.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues; propose preventive maintenance improvements.
• Manage projects and timelines, providing end-user training and maintaining feedback loops.
