Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Controls group while continuing to perform controls work. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to deliver automated manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience or training (manufacturing).
• Strong communication, mentoring and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
• Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists for systems integration.
• Plan, assign, and review work, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to align with Marvin specs.
