Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead a skilled Controls group while performing hands-on control work. You will mentor technicians and coordinate projects with SCADA, PLC, and database specialists to deliver advanced automation equipment.

Ideal candidates bring strong controls troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and the ability to manage projects with ownership by team members. Relocation benefits are available to assist moves to Fargo.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent with 1–2 years' related experience.
Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet timelines.
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Controls team, guiding projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with SCADA, Automation, Maintenance, and IT teams on control systems.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and programming issues.
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time completion with end-user training.
Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure Marvin specifications are met.
