Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead the Controls group while continuing to perform controls work. You will mentor Technicians and coordinate projects across Automation Systems and Maintenance, ensuring on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on controls experience with strong leadership, project management, and the ability to empower teammates to own their work. Relocation benefits are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years of related experience or training in manufacturing controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Controls Technicians and coordinate project work.
• Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate systems.
• Research, install, test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and programming issues.
• Manage projects with timelines and provide end-user training.
