Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to guide the Controls team while performing controls work in Fargo, ND. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, IT, and PLC specialists to deploy advanced automated manufacturing equipment.

Ideal candidates bring strong controls expertise, leadership ability, and a track record of delivering projects on time, with proactive communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and project-based work.
• Strong communication, training, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while executing controls work.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
• Collaborate with SCADA, IT, and Automation groups to integrate systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines, providing end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment meets Marvin standards.
