Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls Technicians while continuing hands-on controls work. You’ll mentor the team and collaborate with SCADA, databases, and PLC specialists to integrate advanced automated equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a four‑year degree and related experience or training.
• Experience leading Controls Technicians in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automation control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Controls team to complete projects on time.
• Coordinate with Automation, Maintenance, IS, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Research, install, test, and improve automation control systems for efficiency.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues and implement preventive measures.
• Manage projects and timelines, providing end‑user training and vendor liaison.
