Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• 1–2 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and meeting timelines.
• Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Controls Technicians while handling controls projects.
• Coordinate work with Automation, Maintenance, IS, and Operations teams.
• Select, install, test automation control systems to meet production needs.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines with end-user training and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure equipment aligns with Marvin specs.
