Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor in Fargo, ND. You will lead a team of Controls Technicians, mentor staff, and coordinate automation projects across SCADA, PLC, and data systems while continuing to perform hands-on controls work.

You will partner with specialists to integrate automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are completed on time with strong collaboration and ownership among team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Strong controls troubleshooting experience and team leadership abilities.
• Experience with PLCs and HMI/SCADA programming required.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and industrial protocols desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls team while continuing controls work.
• Support recruitment, training, and workload planning for the team.
• Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency and meet production demands.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues; recommend preventive measures.
• Manage projects and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and end-user training.
• Coordinate with vendors to align equipment and control panels with Marvin standards.
