JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr. Associate Control Manager in the Consumer and Community Banking group to identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks.

You will design, implement, and monitor controls with data analytics, automation, and AI, while partnering with executives to drive proactive risk management across the business. You will lead risk assessments, develop reports, and advance control programs, leveraging agile practices and knowledge sharing to sustain regulatory compliance

Formación

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk.
• Applies risk management practices in routine situations, voices concerns and escalates when needed.
• Uses change management resources to minimize disruption and supports stakeholders through moderate change.
• Influences others using facts and data, engages across the business, and escalates when necessary.
• Manages internal stakeholder relationships with proactive communication.
• Excellent presentation skills; writes clear executive summaries and key messages.
• Collaborates across functions and promotes an inclusive environment.
• Captures and documents project insights; shares knowledge for quality improvement.
• Analytical thinking with ability to deliver timely, fact-based decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls; identify gaps and root causes.
• Design and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI); create reports to support decisions.
• Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments with process walkthroughs and mapping.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance and improvements through new tech.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile methods, and automation to move the org forward.
