Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Independently applies risk management practices in routine situations; escalates where needed.
• Manages change to minimize disruption and guides stakeholders through medium-scale changes.
• Influences across the business using data and facts to reach solutions.
• Builds productive relationships with internal stakeholders and communicates proactively.
• Delivers clear executive messages and creates effective presentations.
• Collaborates across functions and fosters an inclusive team environment.
• Captures project insights and shares lessons learned for quality improvements.
• Analytical thinking to assess data, identify key issues, and support timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business and identify gaps.
• Design and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI); create reports to support decisions.
• Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments via process walkthroughs with teams.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile methods, and automation to advance the program.
