Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate Control Manager in the Consumer and Community Banking group to lead compliance and operational risk efforts. You'll design and implement control strategies with executives to secure operations and drive business success.

You will use data analytics and automation to build a proactive risk culture, lead risk assessments, and advance regulatory compliance across multiple teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Independently applies risk management practices in routine situations.
• Utilizes change management resources to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI), use analytics and visualization tools, and create reports.
• Take ownership of Risk & Control Self-Assessments with process walkthroughs.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile ways of working, and automation.
