Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in developing effective control strategies.
• Experience monitoring risk and control environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and manage conflicts with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations and in process improvement.
• Ability to drive compliance initiatives and align with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product portfolio activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Represent the Control Management organization in key LOB fraud and scam prevention forums.
• Facilitate identification and assessment of compliance and operational risks using anti-fraud and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Develop and implement effective control strategies to mitigate identified risks through process improvement and project management.
• Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of the business's compliance and operational risk and control environment using data and tech literacy.
• Collaborate with business executives to promote early compliance and risk identification with internal stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders with strong presentation and listening skills.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
