Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Independently applies risk management practices in routine situations and escalates when needed.
• Analyzes data, identifies issues, and supports analytical tasks.
• Uses change management resources to minimize disruption and guide stakeholders through moderate change.
• Communicates data insights and supports standard data tasks.
• Makes timely, fact-based decisions in routine to moderately complex scenarios.
• Influences others with data-driven arguments and facilitates solutions across the business.
• Establishes productive relationships and proactively engages stakeholders.
• Delivers effective presentations to peers and management with clear design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls, identify gaps, and advise solutions.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI), use analytics/visualization tools, and create reports for decisions.
• Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments through process walkthroughs and mapping.
• Lead or support control program projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements with new tech.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile methods, and automation to advance the program.
