Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years negotiating sell-side technology and digital data contracts, preferably enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of software industry issues: data privacy, IP protection, cloud, revenue recognition.
- Expertise in AI, commercial transactions, and complex technology negotiations.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts for US sales.
- Provide contracting expertise and guidance to internal teams to enable deals.
- Support cross-functional projects to improve contracting processes.
- Act as trusted advisor to internal clients including sales, deal desk, and revenue teams.
