Job summary

Aztec Shops seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee Food Room Attendant operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations, and supervise janitorial and pest control contracts while monitoring KPIs.

You will also handle purchasing, inventory, budgeting support, and billing verification, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting risk management activities.

Qualifications

• The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED; an A.A. in Business or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred but not required.
• Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego is preferred.
• Strong communications, computer literacy, and mathematical skills are required.

Responsibilities
