Aztec Shops Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to support the manager in delivering efficient operations and outstanding customer service at our San Diego location. You will help manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure accuracy in reporting and inventory control.

The role requires strong communication and supervisory skills, with a focus on food safety, policy compliance, and teamwork to maintain high standards of service and product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year supervisory/retail experience required.
• Food Handler certificate from San Diego County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist unit manager with operating staff, including hiring, disciplining, setting priorities, and directing work assignments.
• Prepare daily sales reports and adjust staffing and inventory based on sales volume.
• Plan and assign work schedules and duties to employees.
• Train crew leads on product storage and rotation; ensure quality and safety standards.
