Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. seeks a Dishwasher Supervisor to oversee a BOH staff and manage daily cleaning across kitchens, stands and catering events. You will ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed while maintaining equipment and facilities.

The role requires coordinating with kitchen leadership and event teams, supervising dishwashing operations, and supporting waste and inventory controls. A background in food service and a high school credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• At least 2 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of health codes as applied to food preparation.
• Food handler certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a staff of dishwashers and BOH cleaning duties.
• Ensure ware washing equipment is in working order.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and walk-ins.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with food delivery for events and equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate stewarding activities to support efficient operations.
