Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; an A.A. in Business or Hospitality preferred but not required.
• Two years in high-volume food service operations with at least one year supervisory experience.
• Strong communications, computer literacy, and mathematical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Food Room Attendant operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manages staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversees janitorial and pest control contracts and monitors KPIs for service quality.
• Assists with purchasing, budgeting support, and billing verification.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and supports risk management functions.
