Responsibilities

• Assist management with kitchen operations staff, coaching and directing work assignments.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to duties.
• Ensure proper procedures and guidelines for quality products and services.
• Check in deliveries from vendors for quality and accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cash handling, and inventories.
• Comply with company policies and all applicable laws including safety and health.
