Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Contracts Manager or Sr. Contracts Manager to partner with department leaders on commercial contracting, supporting sales and go-to-market teams.

You will negotiate NDAs, SaaS EULAs, DPAs, service agreements, and SOWs with independent decision-making and strong communication skills. Required is experience with SaaS and Professional Services agreements, data rights, security, privacy, and IP issues, plus the ability to manage multiple work streams and train others in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ~5-12 years of experience negotiating complex software/SaaS and consulting contracts.
• In-house experience at a technology company with a quarterly sales cycle.
• Knowledge of standard contract language and experience negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Handle general contract inquiries and assist business development/sales with contract language and revisions.
• Review and negotiate contract changes requested by internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Perform due diligence for new and existing third-party vendor services including document coordination and analysis.
• Enter, update, and report data in contract management tools.
