Job summary

Juniper Square, a leading private markets operations platform, seeks an experienced Contracts Counsel to own complex software and services negotiations. You will draft and negotiate NDAs, SaaS EULAs, DPAs, and SOWs, ensuring risk-aware, scalable agreements that align with sales objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Legal to streamline contracts, manage workflows, and provide practical guidance on deal terms.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in complex software and services contracts.
• Experience with AI tools and strong communication skills.
