Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal team as a trusted partner to the global Go-to-Market organization. You will draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial agreements, lead mid-market and enterprise negotiations, and guide GTM stakeholders through complex requirements to close deals efficiently.

You will work with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, Privacy, and other teams, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve contracting

Qualifications

• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong experience partnering directly with Sales, Renewals, or revenue teams.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced contracting environment.
• Understanding of SaaS contracting terms: SLAs, liability, indemnification, confidentiality, data protection.
• Experience with data privacy and data protection considerations in SaaS agreements.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements for Sales and Renewals.
• Lead negotiations with mid-market and enterprise customers, including non-standard contracts.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to navigate contractual requirements and close deals efficiently.
• Provide practical guidance on terms, risk, and paths forward during negotiations.
• Manage agreements throughout lifecycle from review to execution.
• Elevate significant risks with Legal and business stakeholders as needed.
• Improve contracting processes and reduce friction across the sales cycle.
• Support contracting with strategic partners and vendors.
• Apply privacy knowledge to SaaS contracting and related provisions.
• Leverage legal tech to improve review, workflows, and playbook adherence.
• Identify opportunities to scale contracting as the business grows.
• Manage multiple negotiations with high responsiveness and attention to detail.
