Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join its Legal team in a fast‑growing environment. You will review, draft, and negotiate complex SaaS, licensing, and service agreements with customers and partners.

You will partner with business units, address regulatory considerations, and coach sales teams on best practices in commercial transactions. Fluency in English and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of contract management or commercial transactions.
• In-house legal experience preferred with SaaS subscriptions and licensing.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, draft, and negotiate customer agreements for SaaS and related services.
• Identify risks, propose practical solutions, and protect company interests.
• Collaborate with IT, security, finance, and compliance to align terms.
• Advise executives and sales on subscription and licensing issues.
• Support training and coaching of sales teams on contracts and compliance.
• Ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy controls are followed.
