Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to consent to a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Experience supporting capture teams and OTAs/CSOs.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual leadership to multiple program teams in federal procurement.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with customers.
• Monitor contract performance and manage change with stakeholders.
• Review pricing documentation for compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and support proposals.
