Job summary

CACI International Inc in Sterling, VA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to partner with program teams and shape equitable agreements across the acquisition lifecycle. You will negotiate terms with customers, assess contract risks, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while coordinating with pricing, legal, and procurement stakeholders.

This in-office role requires TS/SCI eligibility and experience with government contracts, with the opportunity to impact proposal development and contract

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Current or recent TS clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to CI polygraph.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Experience supporting capture teams under FAR Part 15.
• Ability to draft and negotiate agreements and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise and leadership to multiple program teams within the federal procurement environment.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers.
• Monitor contract performance on a portfolio of contracts and participate in change management.
• Contribute to proposal development and review for compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Establish relationships with Government Contracting Officers and prime contractors.
• Coordinate with export teams for licenses and documentation.
