CACI International Inc in Sterling, VA is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead a portfolio of federal procurement contracts within the Space Line of Business. You will shape negotiation strategies, advise program teams, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements while partnering with government customers.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, 8–10 years of contract experience, and a bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

8-10 years of experience in US Government and commercial agreements.
TS/SCI clearance with willingness to consent to a polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
FAR/DFARS knowledge and agency supplements.

Mansioni

Provide contractual expertise to multiple program teams within the federal procurement environment.
Build and maintain relationships with Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractors.
Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with customers.
Negotiate various contracts and agreements including NDAs, OTAs, and teaming agreements.
Monitor contract performance on a portfolio of contracts and participate in change management.
Contribute to proposal development and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
